Welcome

The Turka Courtyard

A website for promoting the turka language

Dear Turka brothers and sisters, welcome to the Turka "courtyard" (website)!

This website belongs to the Turkas — in it, you will find all sorts of things related to the Turka language.

In the past, much of our Turka heritage disappeared because we didn't have an internet site like this to record them.

If you wish to know how to write our dear language, we have documents on this subject.

If you feel in the mood to laugh, we recommend listening to our radio dramas.

If you are thirsty to know God, go ahead and listen to our many recordings: our Bible overview, our chronological Bible teaching, the Gospel of Luke, or the Gospel of John. If you know how to read in Turka, you can also read the Word of God directly here.

If it's songs you are interested in, we have recordings from the year 2000 to most recent recordings in 2013.

These are a few of things we can offer you today. We hope to add additional pages in the future.

Here is the purpose of this site:

  • Protect recordings of the Turka language.
  • Make translations of the Word of God in Turka available to everyone.
  • Make linguistic materials about the Turka language available.
